Really great dentist! I was given a warm and hearty welcome. Everything was very professional. German-speaking staff on-site. A stroll through Belgrade is also well worth it. There are lots of small, authentic restaurants and bars in the city. The nightlife also has lots to offer. I am satisfied across the board.

I must admit I’ve never written a customer rating before. In this case, however, I am actually proud to write one. After a highly modern 3D x-ray had been taken, a treatment and recovery plan was put together which covers both health and aesthetic aspects equally. I was kept fully informed of every single step. After I had given my consent, the team got to work good-humouredly and highly professionally. Even a large operation on my gums was no problem. Through all this serious treatment they repeatedly checked how I was, which helped me greatly to get through the procedure (I haven’t been treated so well even as a private patient in Germany). Today was the day of completion, and the result is much better than I could have imagined. At this point I would like to mention Aleksander Petrovic, who very reliably organised travel and accommodation and translates for you when your own English isn’t good enough. All those involved have set a new and very high standard for the term “book the totally carefree package”. I have completed the first of several treatments in which I received a sinus lift (bone regeneration) and an implant. The dental work was of the highest professional level including top-quality products, good hygiene and competent dentists. The organisation was also excellent with a driver who took me everywhere from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the x-rays and back. This service is very important, because as a foreigner it would be difficult to get around in Belgrade although very many people speak English. With Mr. Petrovic you can discuss everything in German and Swiss German, and he calls every day to ask whether there are any unanswered questions or comments. Otherwise, it’s good if you speak English to be able to talk to the dentist directly about the treatment options and the treatment plan. The treatment is not yet complete, but if it continues as well as it started then I’m very happy to award five stars.

It’s three months now since I had 20 veneers done. I deliberately waited with the review as you often read that it will take some time before you get used to all your “new” teeth. For me, this investment was more than worth it, I’m very very satisfied with the result. My teeth look natural, no more discoloration and crossbite and gaps in my teeth are no longer visible(I wasn’t an easy patient). My dentist in Zurich has examined the work and estimated it to be worth around 30,000 – 35,000 Swiss francs (I had an estimate of approximately that amount). I’d do it again anytime – five points out of five.

I learnt about White Lux from friends. When they returned home from Belgrade their smiles literally bowled me over and I knew I wanted to smile like that too. My teeth have always irritated me. They weren’t totally awful and friends said such an intervention wasn’t really necessary, but personally they have always irritated me. I always smiled shyly or mainly with my mouth closed. I looked at my pictures on Instagram and had to admit that I only had my mouth open on two pictures out of around 400. That’s it. I had already done some research about veneers in Switzerland, but they were too expensive. I decided on White Lux in Belgrade because the price was right and I had seen positive references. I was a little wary and sceptical as I don’t speak the language there and it is an operation, but I hoped to get by with English. I should mention that I am a total coward about dentists, but I plucked up all my courage because I knew this is an investment in me and my future. On arriving there, were we met by Miroslav at the airport. He first took us to have X-rays taken and then we went on to the practice. The White Lux team was really pleasant and competent. They spoke English and only wanted the best for me. There was always good music in the background which distracted a bit from the noises. I was afraid of the treatment every time but I never felt pain even without an injection. I am absolutely happy with the result and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing you could complain about was the communication about appointments – you had to be relatively flexible because you never knew when it was your turn, but Miroslav was always there to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. The whole thing is relatively new so I’m sure that the business with the appointments will sort itself out. Mr. Petrovic was available whenever you have questions and always there for you and he constantly enquired how things were going and whether you had any questions. There are small restaurants, a hairdresser and a manicure studio next to the practice. The area also has a huge shopping centre which is worth a visit. I would recommend White Lux to anyone and Belgrade itself is also worth a visit.

I was in the practice for two types of treatment, veneers and ceramic bridges. I can recommend my experience as being absolutely positive. Very precise and professional work with extremely friendly care from Switzerland by Mr. Pertovic and by the dentists in the practice. Everything worked perfectly including the flight and transfer. The hotel is located perfectly right in the centre and extremely advantageously.

Excellent personal advice in Zurich by Mr. Petrovic. Arrival, accommodation and all journeys from the hotel to the practice and back were extremely well organised. We were given portable wireless LAN in the hotel so that we had Internet access all over the city. The driver fetched me from the airport and hotel and took me directly to the practice each time.
